A Routine Visit Takes a Dramatic Turn
Julius, a caretaker at a wildlife sanctuary, had reportedly been feeling unwell before visiting one of the gorillas under his care. He had experienced chest discomfort and numbness in one arm but initially believed the symptoms might have a less serious explanation.
Despite not feeling well, Julius continued with his routine and spent time with the gorilla, with whom he had developed a longstanding relationship.
During their interaction, Julius knelt beside the animal and gently rubbed its belly. Moments later, he suddenly collapsed.
